Legacy is a long game, and long games get gamed. This is how PLAYERTWO tracks whether the work is working - and the discipline that keeps every claim about results honest.
Five dimensions of a transferable organization.
Measurement starts at the diagnostic, which establishes the baseline. Every review reassesses the same dimensions so progress is visible rather than asserted.
Founder dependency
Where decisions, standards, and relationships still route through the founder. Mapped at the diagnostic, then reassessed at review points so the transfer of load is visible, not assumed.
Decision flow
Where decisions lose energy: escalation queues, reversals, and calls that wait on one calendar. Improvement means decisions resolving at the right level against documented doctrine.
Behavioural adoption
Whether the installed systems are actually operated: hiring standards applied, cadences kept, onboarding run as designed. A system that exists but is not used is counted as not existing.
Alignment and drift
The gap between stated belief and observed behaviour, rechecked on a review cadence. Drift caught early is an adjustment. Drift caught late is a rebuild.
Continuity readiness
Whether the organization could absorb a leadership transition without losing identity. Documented judgment, transferable relationships, named successors for critical calls.
ObservedThe five dimensions reflect what PLAYERTWO consistently finds predictive in diagnostic and stewardship work. They are a working framework under continued refinement, not an independently validated instrument.

Every claim carries its evidence level.
PLAYERTWO classifies every material public claim into one of four levels, and never presents a lower level as a higher one.
Verified
Directly documented and supported by available evidence.
Observed
Reported by a client or consistently observed during work, but not independently measured.
Modeled
A scenario, projection, estimate, capacity model, or economic illustration - not a realized result.
Hypothesized
A long-term outcome PLAYERTWO intends to test or validate. Not an established result.
The rules
- Never present a modeled result as realized.
- Never present an observation as verified data.
- Never present a long-term hypothesis as an established outcome.
The 2% Law is labeled a hypothesis because it is one. That is the standard everything here is held to.
Measurement finds the drift. Stewardship corrects it.
Review cadence
Ongoing engagements run on scheduled alignment reviews (typically quarterly) where the tracked dimensions are reassessed and priorities reset with leadership.
Named ownership
Every installed system has an internal owner. Stewardship means the organization runs its own systems. PLAYERTWO reinforces, it does not replace.
Drift response
When behaviour separates from documented belief, the finding is raised directly with leadership, including when the source of the drift is the founder.
Honest endings
The objective is not to keep PLAYERTWO permanently necessary. When the organization can carry the systems itself, stewardship narrows or ends.
